Customer Support & Service

  • Greet and meet customers in a friendly manner.
  • Handle calls accordingly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support requests.
  • Collect customer details (personal information, vehicle registration, ownership).
  • Verify support agreements/warranties based on local guidelines.

Call Management & Coordination

  • Log all inbound/outbound calls, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
  • Record accurate data in the CRM and schedule appointments for all service centers.
  • Offer mobility services to customers at all times.
  • Screen technical calls and assign to the appropriate team (CSA) and payment type.

Service Optimization & Customer Communication

  • Assign work/cars to optimize workshop capacity across service centers.
  • Provide customers with call numbers and set expectations for next steps.
  • Offer general advice to customers professionally and promptly.

Special Campaigns & Reporting

  • Assist with special product campaigns or promotions.
  • Arrange airport services, pickup, and delivery for customers.
  • Schedule professional car care services for customers.
  • Monitor service level achievements, customer waiting times, and body language.

Reporting & Handover

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
  • Provide basic work explanations during vehicle handovers.
