Responsibilities: (80% data driven + 20% operation and administrative work)

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness; Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization: reate reports., dashboards and visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders. Present actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg doctors, nurses, administrators,) to understand their data needs & Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.

  • Business Impact: Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Communication: Responsible for communication between staff and leadership of the hospital. Ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendation, and implementation of solutions to problems.
  • Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned: Staff management, ops & admin work by Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

  • Basic degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of working experience
  • Strong in data analysis tools such as Excel
  • Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Have practical knowledge and/or experiences in process improvements and innovation.
