Responsibilities: (80% data driven + 20% operation and administrative work)
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness; Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Reporting & Visualization: reate reports., dashboards and visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders. Present actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

- Business Impact: Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
- Communication: Responsible for communication between staff and leadership of the hospital. Ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendation, and implementation of solutions to problems.
- Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned: Staff management, ops & admin work by Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Basic degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of working experience
- Strong in data analysis tools such as Excel
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Have practical knowledge and/or experiences in process improvements and innovation.
