  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for supply chain management to achieve operational excellence and increased customer satisfaction. With deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain from manufacturing through to distribution to retail, he/she will lead the the supply chain management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product Marketing and Retail to achieve division KPIs.

Due to business communication needs with Global HQ, ability to communicate in additional Asian language (eg. Korean) would be advantageous.
Role and Responsibilities
  • To deliver on following KPIs:
    (a) Month end sales ratio
    (b) Sell-in forecast accuracy
    (c) Weeks of Stocks
    (d) Consensus to close gaps between sales target and sales forecast
  • Undertake KPI setting, process or system improvements in demand planning, inventory management, and distribution operations.
  • Oversee demand forecasting & inventory management, identify areas of opportunities to maximise revenue and optimise channel inventory through timely forecast adjustments.
  • Guide & facilitate the sales and product marketing teams in optimising product mix to achieve revenue targets as well as achieve accuracy in demand planning & forecasting.
  • Coordinate and maintain constant communications with all stakeholders (IM and HQ) on supply & replenishment status and actively engage HQ in supply shortage recovery.
  • Collaborate with Sales team and Logistics team on order management process to ensure timely delivery to customers and KPI optimisation.
  • Participate in the development of monthly, quarterly & annual financial plan
  • Develop productive relationships and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to identify process and operational improvements.
  • Contribute towards change management initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Management
  • 8-12 years of career experience in supply chain management
  • MS Office, advanced capability particularly in Excel
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Detailed and analytical
