SatWorking Hour: Mon - Thu: 9:30am - 6:30pmFri: 9:30am - 7:30pmSat (alt): 9:30am - 1:30pmCompany Background: Jewellery wholesaleJob Scope: Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily stock movements and maintaining proper inventory records
  • Ensure items purchased are properly evaluated
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and sales team for orders, price and product availability.
  • Provide excellent customers service and support via regular communications.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to sales team.
  • Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Holder of SPM / ”O” Level qualification or higher
  • Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as necessary to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • At least 1 year related working experience
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office, SQL
