- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial reports including, but not limited to internal and external monthly financial statements.
- Responsible to oversee and manage the overall sales accounting processes, including reviewing sales cut-off, credit process and accounts reconciliation.
- Responsible to oversee and manage overall Account Payable activities including review and approving Shopping Cart, proper set up of dele\gation and authority, invoice and ensure payment on time in avoid business/service interruption
- Establish and maintain systems, controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, including complying with the requirement of Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Build a business relationship with all corporate, regional and local stakeholders and act as the main point of contact to GBS associates assisting him/her with local queries to provide ongoing support.
- Local contact point for external audit, tax agent, local tax authority and custom.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Min 5 years of experience in General Accounting & Financial Reporting & Consolidation environment.
- Experience in handling huge and complex data for analysis is prefered.
- Experience of identifying and implementing process and/or technology changes within a Finance environment to improve efficiency or quality
