- Provide administrative assistance to Facilities Management Centre (FMC) management, including communication handling and scheduling.
- Support office management tasks as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving any issues.
- Maintain precise records of all billing transactions and update relevant stakeholders.
- Generate and submit regular reports on billing activities.
- Ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Review processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Built Environment, or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative and billing roles, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office and billing systems such as SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage confidential information, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
