Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organization’s digital programme.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Business Admin Portal Management:
· Manage the organization’s scheduling system
· Maintain and oversee the Business Admin Portal, ensuring its accuracy and functionality
2. Email Handling and Enquiry Responses:
· Handle incoming emails and respond promptly to inquiries
3. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring:
· Download monthly reports from the Customer Satisfaction Dashboard
· Analyse and check customer satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement
4. Business Data Management:
· Manage and consolidate business data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility when needed
5. Audit Findings and Service Level Reporting:
· Collate monthly summaries of audit findings
· Highlight any lapses or deviations against Service Level Agreements
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma or GCE A Level with years of relevant work experience.
· Good customer service, strong communication and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
· Experienced in scheduling meeting and activities
· Experienced in invoicing
· Experienced in customer service
· Preferred to be meticulous and comfortable working with numbers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
