YOUR ROLE:
  • Provide technical consultation to customers, recommending the best Keyence products for their needs across various industries.
  • Adapt to Keyence's expectations and handle customer challenges effectively.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests.
  • Consistently secure new customers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate account strategy and contribute to the overall sales plan for your territory.
  • Implement successful strategies for launching new products.
  • Help grow market share in your assigned sales area.
  • Organize off-site seminars and trade shows as needed.
  • Manage daily activities with minimal supervision.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Travel to customer sites three days a week, selling products and services to diverse industries.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Possess Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (both oral and written) skills.
  • Eager to improve through intensive training, mentorship, management support, and a proactive, process-driven sales approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, including occasional overnight trips.
  • Ability to speak Malay is preferred, as the role involves dealing with Malay-speaking customers.
  • Preferred to have a valid Class 3 Driver's License.
