OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Audio Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and servicing of electronic instruments, providing exceptional customer service, and offering technical guidance. This position also includes the opportunity to provide technical support during company events and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Areas of Responsibilities: -
- Perform repairs and servicing on various audio visual/ home audio equipment.
- Attend to walk-in customers, addressing their concerns and providing efficient solutions.
- Offer technical advice and guidance to customers on their audio – visual equipment.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and organized documentation of repairs, customers, interactions, and technical support.
- Provide on-site technical support during company events, ensuring all audio – visual systems are functioning properly.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues customers may face, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Carry out ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements: -
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems at events.
- Technical certification in audio visual or electronic repair (preferred).
- Proven experience in electronic instrument repair, with a strong background in audio visual/home audio systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good administrative skills, including the ability to maintain records and manage documentation efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both technical work and customer interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Ability to provide on-site support during company events.
