As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct initial clinical assessment of new clients.
- Conduct monthly review of existing clients and, as and when required when condition changes.
- Formulate individualized and holistic care plan, and review whenever required.
- Ensure proper and accurate nursing documentation.
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance with the core competencies as a Registered Nurse as specified by Singapore Nursing Board.
- Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers
- Coordinate the care of patients through an advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patients’ conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and physicians
- Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required
- Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder in Nursing
- SNB Registered
- Detailed-oriented
- Able to provide patient care with the rest of the team members.
- Strong sense of initiative
