
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
· Handling day-to -day front desk duties including answering phones in a professional manner, forwarding calls, and responding to enquiries. Attending to visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Coordinate despatch request and arrange for delivery.
· Attending & sorting daily incoming mail & parcels & newspapers.
· Office Pantry Procurements includes administration of the CAFÉ machine and ingredients procurement. Coordinate and raise PO for monthly office pantry supply.
· Assist in General Office Administration. e.g. Administer weekly pest control, lunch Transport arrangement, electrical meter reading, raise internal billing monthly.
· Assisting in walk-in customers or logistic agent in purchasing or collection of books.
· Assisting in doing letter-shopping of flyers
· Handle daily corporate email.
· Other ad hoc duties as & when required.
Requirements
· Minimum qualification GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
· Experience as a receptionist or in a related field
· Experience with administrative and clerical work
· Competency in Microsoft applicants including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Able to work as a team, helping with various tasks as assigned
