What the role is:You ensure Air Engineering Training Institute (AETI) provides relevant training for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) while collaborating with various agencies to integrate effective methods, aids, facilities, and leverage on new technologies and learning sciences into the Air Force Engineer (AFE) and Air Force Technician (AFT) training.What you will be working on:- Lead training standards enhancement through the conduct of Training Assistance Visits (TAV) on the operational units and outsourced programmes - Implement and ensure compliance with SAF/RSAF training directives - Study and recommend new technological-based training opportunities - Support AETI schools in enhancing instructional strategies - Coordinate with partners through Reach-Out-To-Our-Partners (ROTOP) meetings - Manage training validation and quality assurance - Support Commander AETI in staff functions Challenge(s) - Staying abreast of latest learning pedagogies, operational requirements of the units - Being cognisant of the training standards in various competencies to drive training development that is relevant and effectiveWhat we are looking for:- At least 5 years of experience in training-related roles or conducting training audits - Strong staff work abilities - Excellent analytical and writing skills - Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities - Knowledge of learning pedagogies - Understanding of operational requirements - Ability to identify emerging learning technologies - Self-learning capability Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
