
SEO Lead
Position Title: SEO Lead
Our client is a leading digital marketing agency in Singapore, specialized in providing services related to media planning, buying, and advertising, currently looking for a SEO Lead to be responsible for managing and developing a team of SEO specialists, implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of SEO specialists.
- Conduct performance reviews and set objectives in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members
- Responsible for ensuring team members achieve individual and team KPI’s as determined with DMM
SEO Strategy:
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for our clients
- Stay current with and share SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Conduct website audits and derive action steps for SEO clients based on audit results
- Own backlinking processes and ensure guest post hygiene
Client Relations:
- Participate in client pitches and presentations as needed
- Participate in ongoing client conversations to better communicate SEO processes
- Collaborate with sales and account servicing team to understand clients' goals, and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs
Performance and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain monthly performance reports
- Monitor team level performance metrics and keep DMM appraised weekly of campaign performance, status, and issues that need to be addressed.
- Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of work
Process Improvement:
- Develop efficient SEO workflows and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and tool integration
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO with a minimum of 4 years in the digital marketing industry
- At least 2 years managing a digital marketing team
- Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking and other SEO platforms are highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
- Able to create relevant and effective content and/or editing for websites, meta page descriptions, blog articles, etc.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
- Ability to communicate SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
