As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Lead Advisory Associates provides tactical and strategic advice for corporates, financial sponsors and family offices, as well as negotiation assistance and other transaction related topics.

Lead Advisory Associates provides tactical and strategic advice for corporates, financial sponsors and family offices, as well as negotiation assistance and other transaction related topics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be a key part of our dynamic corporate finance team covering the South East Asia working with regional and multinational clients
- Assist senior executives within the team in M&A deal generation, execution and project management
- Assist in preparing financial models, analysis, proposals, marketing documents, teasers and information memoranda for M&A and corporate finance transactions
- Production of high quality, relevant and impactful professional documents for Maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Develop your own business network with a view to increasing your origination capabilities over the medium term
- Pursuing university degree related to Business, Finance, with demonstrated interest.
- Demonstrated passion in related work with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions. This passion could be demonstrated via university projects, internships, conferences, self-study, etc.
