Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will plan, organize and carry out workplace safety and security functions, ensuring the safety and security functions of the organization's assets, premises and branches.

What You'll Do
Singapore Pools was established by the Government on 23 May 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling. As a not-for-profit organisation, all of Singapore Pools' surplus is channelled to Tote Board to fund a wide range of causes in social service, community development, sports, the arts, education and health. Currently, Singapore Pools contributes about $2 billion annually to the Government in the form of taxes and duties, and for the funding of good causes.

What You'll Do
- You will schedule, coordinate and supervise the maintenance of security systems (e.g. surveillance system, card access system, alarm intrusion system, interlocking system etc.) for the safety and security of the branch premises and staff.
- You will propose, coordinate and supervise improvement works to security systems or new installation of security systems at branches to meet the necessary security provisions of the branches.
- You will conduct annual inspection and security audit of sites.
- You will schedule, coordinate and supervise the maintenance of Fire Protection Systems to ensure fire safety of the premises and staff.
- You will perform Draw Security Officer duty to support the Draw Operations and ensure good crowd behaviour during draw proceedings.
- You will monitor service schedule, tracking or reports and payments to security vendors.
- You will assist in input for tender / RFQ specification.
- You have a minimum 'O' Level certification.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the safety and security industry.
- You possess technical knowledge of Security Management System set up and networking.
- You possess good interpersonal, analytical, planning and organization skills.
- You are able work on various shift timings and weekends.
- You are required to perform tasks that involve physical exertion, such as lifting, carrying heavy equipment, and climbing staircases, as and when required.
- Preferable if you have passed and certified by PLRD with Senior Security Supervisor (SSO) grading.
