- Excellent communication skills.
- Physically capable of conducting port and sailing audits.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Preferred certifications:
- ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance from a recognized institution.
- Navigational Audits & Soft Skill Assessment from a recognized institution.
