- 1 to 2 years' work experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational institution
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior level internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational ability and high attention to details
- Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and yet be a team player simultaneously
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, well organized, meticulous and thorough in monitoring projects and providing administrative support
- To be proactive and demonstrate creative, innovative to problem solving
- Willingness to adopt flexible work hours if needed
- Proficient in computer skills and MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
