- Research and identify grant/funding opportunities from government and other funding agencies in the field of healthcare and healthcare innovation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including PIs, to support the development, review, and submission of quality grant proposals, grant variation, and reports
- Coordinate with grantors, PIs, and project teams in the timely submission of progress reports, claims, and supporting documentation ensuring consistency between narrative and financial reports
- Manage pre and post-award grant process, including timelines, budgets, assets, required documentation and records in compliance with internal and grant policies
- Review progress of grants to ensure that KPIs, milestones, budget utilization, and reimbursement of funds are on track
- Provide first-level financial and grant advisory support to PI and funding agencies
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders on all grant-related matters such as WBS/IO creation, budget allocation and tracking, and system updates
- Assist in the procurement and manpower hiring aligned with approved allocation and adheres to funding guidelines and requirements
- Support audit-related matters ensuring that utilization and information are in compliance with the award and all documentation required is ready and available for audits
- Contribute proactively to continuously improve the internal process and best practices
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, preferably in Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management and administration
- Proven skills and experience in report and proposal development and working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications, innovation, and trend is a plus
- Familiarity and experience working with governmental and healthcare agencies is a plus
