
Regional Human Resources Manager
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading brand name in the technology industry where they have been achieving strong year-on-year growth as well as headcount expansion in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to help continue to upscale their business. The successful candidate will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans by playing a pivotal advisor to their business growth, while upscaling the local HR team.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director and Country General Manager, you will manage the HR practices for the country to embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. You will be responsible for providing the overarching HR Strategy for the organization such as implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management of the Group. The organization is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence.
Ideally you will come from a generalist & business partnering background with multinational companies and/or technology background. You are comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there is a small team to lead.
