- Respond to general order inquiries from suppliers, customers, and traders including price, grade, and freight compilation for record keeping or new quotations
- Provide necessary sales assistance and support information upon traders' request
- Communicate lead information to Sales Service Manager in the organization
- Troubleshoot problems encountered in the various stages from order receipt to final billing process, e.g. meeting production, transportation deadlines, solving logistic problems, assisting traders with quality claims, post-sales file research, etc
- Any ither ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess a Degree / Diploma or Degree holder
- Possess 3 - 5 years' Customer Service & Shipping experience from Trading / Transportation industry
- Experience in Letter Of Credit / LC is mandatory
- Strong communications & interpersonal skills
