Our client is a large organization headquartered in Singapore, and they are presently recruiting for a HRBP (base salary: 120k/annum) to join the dynamic team.
What is the role about?
As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as the key advisor on workforce planning, provide strategies to enhance employee engagement, manage employee relations, and oversee other HR-related matters (in close partnership with other HR COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, L&OD, Total Rewards). You will play a key role in shaping a strong company culture and ensuring that the HR initiatives drive business results. Effective stakeholder management is essential in this role, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to engage with and present to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience Required
Degree with at least 8 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience in mid to large size organizations.
Experience within the Tech, Internet, Digital or Gaming industries is an advantage.
As there is a strong emphasis on partnering with the Commercial teams, prior experience in supporting commercial functions such as sales, marketing, business development, customer service etc. is an advantage. You are also analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented.
Equipped with excellent writing and communication skills, you are confident in delivering presentations and to challenge the status quo to drive changes for effective HR advisory and service delivery.
