We are seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to provide support to the Deputy CEO and Chief Underwriting and Pricing Officer (CUPO) for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and other senior executives in the Life and Health Regional Office. You will report to the Deputy CEO, CUPO for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and be based in Singapore. Your Role

Support the Deputy CEO and CUPO for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and other senior executives in Life & health Regional Office with activities such as:

  • Provide daily support on administrative matters
  • Maintain calendar by planning, scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments being aware of multiple travels, time zones and priorities
  • Support travel arrangements (including the applications and renewal of travel visa) including timely submission of all expense claims
  • Co-ordinate various internal and external meetings including taking notes to capture high-level priorities and action points
  • Liaise and work effectively with other executive assistants within Munich Re to support activities, events and other projects, as and when necessary.
  • Coordinate the administrative needs of the Life Health Regional Office (e.g. supplies of stationery, ordering of business cards, etc.)
  • Organize team and social events (be it virtual or physical)
  • Develop marketing and presentation materials for business development client meetings


Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant EA/secretarial experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A professional self-starter committed to producing high quality work
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail, accuracy and completeness with strong skills associated with arranging and managing travel logistics, expense reimbursement etc.
  • ‘Can-do’ mindset, self-motivated, and efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal (business English) skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including managing multiple priorities with the flexibility in shifting focus and priority according to business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with diverse group or stakeholders
  • Generate ideas for improvement, takes advantage of opportunities, suggests innovations
  • Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the role & maintains high level of productivity and self-direction
