  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales and production strategies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and client expectations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on client needs, deliverables, and long-term strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and event production within the event management industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva preferably.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
