Change Management Consultant

About the Team The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and tactical planning and implementation of change management activities in tandem with project management activities to achieve the project objectives
- Conduct overall change readiness assessment, with support from key stakeholders, to facilitate decision making at critical milestones
- Guide key stakeholders to conduct an overall change impact assessment as a result of the project delivery/ change implementation
- Conduct Stakeholder interviews and align the vision of the projects to stake holders
- Develop change management strategies and plans, which includes but not limited to stakeholder analysis, communications plans and execution, training plans and training needs analysis, and user adoption of new systems. Implement and/ or facilitate the implementation of these change management activities
- Facilitate implementation of changes in policies and processes, with support from key stakeholders and project leads
- Work closely with project/ program manager and take guidance from him/ her to ensure change activities are aligned to the project requirements, activities and timeline
- Provide regular status updates to project/ program manager as per the project governance structure
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of change management materials. Prepare materials such as email templates, posters for various workshops and roadshows
Requirements:
- PROSCI Change Management certification or Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology/ Social Science & Humanities or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and implementing change management activities
- Experience in HR Transformation, Change Management or Consulting will be advantageous
- In-depth knowledge or experience in organisational/behavioural change management, business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation and performance management
- Preferred: Organisational transformation, business strategy, human resources and organisational effectiveness
- Experience with a variety of change management models and methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter’s, 7 S, etc.)
- Understanding of HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP, etc)
- Handled change management activities as part of SuccessFactors project implementation is preferred.
