Community Engagement & Growth
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and strengthen the SuiteTogether community.
- Proactively engage with SuiteTogether’s 40,000+ active users across platforms (social media, website, email).
- Create, manage, and moderate discussions in online forums, groups, and social media to foster meaningful interactions.
- Organize and host events (both online and offline) to boost user engagement.
- Establish strong relationships with hosts, tenants, and partners to enhance brand trust.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging content (including posts, videos, and infographics) that promotes SuiteTogether’s unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that resonate with expats, students, and young professionals in Singapore.
- Develop targeted content to support brand awareness and lead generation.
Customer Support & Advocacy
- Act as the first point of contact for community inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Monitor user feedback, reviews, and comments to provide insights for platform improvement.
- Develop and manage a rewards or loyalty program to encourage community participation.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify potential partners (e.g., student associations, expat communities, universities) to expand SuiteTogether’s reach.
- Collaborate with event organizers to promote SuiteTogether’s presence at key events like student fairs, co-living expos, and networking events.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on community engagement metrics, social media growth, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends in user behavior and recommend strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in community management, marketing, or social media roles. Experience in the co-living, real estate, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), creative content creation, and a proactive mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Customer-Centric: Strong empathy and customer service skills to handle inquiries and concerns.
- Event Management: Experience in organizing small to medium-sized community events is a plus.
