Job Responsibilities:
Centre Growth & Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollment and retention.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
Track and analyse growth metrics to refine sales and outreach strategies.
Work towards achieving enrollment and revenue targets, with commission-based incentives.
Customer Engagement & Sales
Serve as the key point of contact for parents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally.
Guide parents through the enrollment process, ensuring alignment with student needs.
Build strong relationships to increase referrals and retention rates.
Operations & Centre Management
Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and smooth class scheduling.
Manage teacher coordination, ensuring a high standard of lesson delivery.
Handle administrative tasks, including student records, fee collections, and reporting.
Maintain the centre's branding, service standards, and compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in tuition centre growth, sales, or centre management.
Proven success in student enrollment, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and optimise centre performance.
Business-minded with the ability to analyse data and improve sales strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM or centre management software.
Experience in a multi-branch or supervisory role is an advantage.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: $3,800/month
Attractive commission for meeting enrollment and growth milestones
Performance bonuses for achieving key targets
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 11:30 AM 7:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (with one Saturday off per month)
Off Days: Sunday + 1 weekday
