  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders at the country, regional, and global levels to align strategies and optimize solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term business success.

To be successful in this role:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin - this role will interface with regional external stakeholders that only speak Mandarin, and as such bilingual skills are preferred to perform the job effectively
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the freight and logistics industry.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
