Role Description and Responsibilities
As the Head of Marketing at Verth, your role will be to spearhead Verth’s transition from a corporate and event-focused B2B model to a consumer-focused B2C one. At the forefront of driving the brand’s expansion, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that amplifies Verth’s market expansion, enhances brand affinity, and drives consumer engagement.
Your predominant role will encompass brand strategy, digital marketing, customer engagement, and partnerships, leading the development and execution of innovative campaigns that elevate Verth’s brand identity. A key aspect of the role is to oversee Verth’s digital presence, including social media, content marketing, and sales strategies, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Working closely with the co-founding team, you will be developing and leading Verth’s overall communications strategy. Furthermore, you will reinforce Verth’s business development efforts in forming strategic partnerships that enhance Verth’s brand equity, including partnerships with premium lifestyle brands, cafes, and retail partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for Verth’s Head of Marketing is an ambitious and creative individual, with a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies. While prior marketing experience is preferred, we welcome students with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
The Head of Marketing should be an individual comfortable working across different marketing channels, from social media and content creation to management of influencer collaborations and paid advertising. They should be comfortable in front of the camera, as they will be required to appear in video content creation for social media, brand promotions, etc. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite is preferred. As this individual will be joining Verth’s management team, the candidate should be able to commit to the team for a period of at least 12 months.
