Job Description

  • Build and manage relationship with users to achieve overall business objectives
  • Serve as an intermediary between users and internal operations team to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence
  • Maintain and updating of information and settings within system
  • Assist with in-team projects to improve processes and execute new initiatives that will add value to SPX Express (SPX)
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, SPX Ops and SPX Product Management team) to enhance and optimise overall user experience for buyers and sellers
  • Assist in monitoring targets, analysing industry trends and reviewing key metrics
  • Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably with business background
  • 1 - 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
  • Highly motivated, fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Positive team player with energetic attitude
  • Do note this is a 1 year contract (subject to performance for conversion to permanent employee)
