Job Description

  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with daily operational tasks related to campaigns and strategic initiatives in the Home & Living category
  • Gain exposure to established global and local brands
  • Conduct competitor analysis and extensive research to gain insights into the competitive landscape across various key sub-categories, i.e Furniture, Beddings, Bathroom
  • Participate and delve into strategy and execution of new initiatives to grow those key sub-categories
  • Identify and engage niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns, driving their long-term growth and success
  • Apply creative and innovative problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and optimise outcomes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
  • Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local fashion and/or lifestyle industries is an advantage
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
