Job Description

  • Understand the full-funnel solutions from Online Marketing, including but not limited to user acquisition, user re-engagement, search, branding and lead generation
  • Drive market-leading ROI and analyze the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
  • Keep track of online campaigns’ efficiency and actively provide ideas and solutions for continuous improvement
  • Support on OM budget & projection model enhancement
  • Support adhoc request and analysis that may be initiated from local or regional marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in business administration, business analytics or other quantitative majors
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels
  • Ability to communicate and articulate insights and ideas in a clear and succinct manner
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from across levels, including senior leaders
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drives key business decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and manage multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms
  • Good to have: SQL and/or Python and experience building dashboards
