Job Description:The CompanyOur client is a PE-backed company with global presence and over USD 2billion revenue size. They serve as one of the market leaders in the professional service sector. Backed by strong investor with aim to expand their business further in global markets, they are now partnering with us to look for a seasoned Global Head of Tax and Treasury to oversee both tax and treasury function.The ResponsibilitiesReporting to Global CFO, you will head-up the global tax and treasury team across the region. You will be highly involved in strategic tax advisory, including M&A, cross-border tax and transfer pricing matters. You will also be highly involved in cash and liquidity management, working with C-suit stakeholders on financing and funding strategies to help the company expand their global footprint. Last but not least, you will be able to drive ad-hoc projects such as system implementation and business transformation projects.Your Profile:To be a successful candidate, you must be
  • A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 15 years of tax and treasury experience.
  • Relevant industry in professional service/consulting/fund is preferred.
  • Must possess the capability to work in matrix environment and partnering with various functions in remote locations.
  • Must have solid team leadership exposure
  • Additionally, strong communication skills is required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
