· Create Test Plan for each phase of testing inclusive of manual, automation and performance test
· Define the scope of testing based upon finalized requirements and test case analysis

· Strong leadership to lead the team
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
· Strong in facilitating and prioritizing tasks
· Demonstrate sound judgment in reviewing problems and making recommendations / decisions
· Ability to highlight or escalate risk issues to relevant parties in a timely manner
· Ability to identify customers’ needs and providing value-added solutions to them
· Domain expertise in AML/KYC, Customer Onboarding, Name Screening Alert, Transaction Monitoring, Payment Transaction Filtering/Screening
