  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Position: Production Assistant
  • Singapore's leading seafood processors, exporters and distributors
  • Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm; Saturday 8am – 12noon)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,200 basic salary + OT + Meal provided
  • Working Location: Jurong
  • Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Processing and preserving of seafood

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the fish processing line, including cleaning, cutting, filleting, and packaging of seafood products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards during all production activities.
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process.
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Adhere to HACCP and ISO food safety requirements, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Provide support during peak production times, including overtime if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food production or manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP certification is an advantage).
