  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure.

• Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.

• Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.

• Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.

• Provide customer service to existing and new customer.

• Manage claims / repair operation of the workshop.

• Source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs.

• Coordinate with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience in automotive industrial.

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license.

• Able to work independently.

• Working Location: Bishan, Sin Ming Autocare or Jurong, Pioneer Point

• Mon - Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9-3pm
