- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategy recommendations with the reporting officer
- Facilitate cross-functional communications between business development, marketing, and operational teams
- Lead smaller business development initiatives as assigned
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably within executive education, training, or corporate consulting.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese clients.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to develop client-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in working with corporate clients in China.
- A good understanding of the Chinese business landscape and executive education market.
