Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Responsibilities
Manage queries on events logistics and bookings.
Facilitate and liaise with different department reps for equipment/ furniture loans.
Book calendar for trainings and events in MS365 Outlook Calendar.
Notify different ops department to prep venue and put up notices to for event venues pre- event.
Liaise with AV team on setup of AV systems prior to event.
Admin support for mailroom matters
Admin support for assignment of workstations and photocopier.
Raise PR and follow through the procurement process up to issuance of PO for all procurement within the team.
Process invoice and follow through the payment process for items procured.
Perform any other duties / projects as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above.
Computer Literacy in Microsoft Suite i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words.
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in administration for Executive Assistant
Meticulous and service-oriented
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
