Job Duties:
Customer Communication and Support: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team. Provide quotes, pricing, and product details to potential clients.
Lease Agreement Preparation: Assist in preparing lease agreements, ensuring they align with the company’s policies and client requirements. Ensure that all lease paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Sales Support: Assist in tracking leads and follow-up on sales inquiries. Ensure the sales team has all necessary resources to close deals efficiently.
Order Processing and Coordination: Coordinate and process forklift lease orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery timelines and inventory management. Monitor the delivery and pickup process, ensuring smooth logistics and timely fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the fleet department to ensure forklifts are properly maintained and ready for leasing.
Invoicing and Payment Tracking: Ensure that invoices for leased forklifts are generated and sent to customers promptly.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and update sales reports, tracking the progress of current deals, lease renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat Handle any complaints or issues that arise during the lease period, working to resolve them promptly and professionally.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations, finance, and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth leasing process. Coordinate with the service team to schedule maintenance or repairs for leased forklifts.
Requirements:
A Diploma in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communication
2–4 years of sales experience, or experience in a similar role
