  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: East

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 10am to 7pm (timing can be flexible like 9am to 6pm)

Salary: Up to $2200 per month

Job Description:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget variance analysis.
Support data collection and analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
Assist in cost analysis and financial modeling for decision-making.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Help maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Finance Operations & Compliance
Process and track employee expense claims and company payments.
Support financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Assist in improving finance processes and workflows for efficiency

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (internship experience welcome).
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with finance software is a plus.
