Job Responsibilities:
Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of the Material Management (MM) Department, ensuring performance meets customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage daily MM Department operations, including Order Fulfillment, Shelf-Life monitoring, and Cyclical Inventory Counts.
Lead the MM Team to ensure that all Order Pick & Pack, Inventory Counts, and ad-hoc operational activities are well-coordinated.
Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancies and support for Navy Exercises.
Compile and compute monthly transaction Performance Reports.
Ensure filing and documentation are completed efficiently and systematically for easy retrieval.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage manpower distribution based on activity-based requirements.
Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.
Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
Minimally graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
Preferably with Forklift and Class 3 Driving Licenses.
