Assist in the daily warehouse operations to improve the operating standard, inventory management, customer service, quality and efficiency of the service operations.
Assist in the customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services delivered, and provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies identified
Do employ best practices in the functions of service standard setting, operations, inventory control, and customers service for the most efficient and effective approach.
• To manage and oversee the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) aspect within the accounts served by the Company - incl. to conduct internal reviews to subsequently plan for relevant program(s)/ activities
• To assist in the customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and satisfactory service level including to provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies
Adopt knowledge to provide good operational services and put in place a process of continuous professional development.
Maintain customer files with quotations and internal approval form and other information.
Manage shipping documentation formalities (Customs / Tradenet).
Perform monthly billing to customers.
Be self-motivated to enhance productivity and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics field preferred.
Minimum diploma in Logistics or equivalent preferred.
Experienced in Licensed Warehouse environment and requirements for Customs’ compliance would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office, WMS
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and clear focus on high quality.
Organized and meticulous.
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs
Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1200hrs
