Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to all relevant operational procedures.
Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters on daily issues.
Plan orders to ensure timely delivery/collection in accordance with customer requirements.
Gather data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
Administer cycle count activities.
Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that all shipment documentation is correct and submitted on time.
Contribute to process improvement efforts and ensure their implementation.
Report any receiving non-conformances to the Executive.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
Experience with operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
