Business Development
o Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.
o Proactively seek out and secure vending machine placements in high-traffic locations
o Present vending solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with the company.
o Driven to achieve target.
Client Relationship Management:
o Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
o Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and recommend upgrades or additional services.
o Maintain excellent client relationships to encourage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
o Actively seek new business opportunities.
o Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and show consistency in follow ups.
o Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide support in managing the installation or maintenance of vending machines, ensuring customer satisfaction with both product and service quality.
Sales Planning & Execution
o Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
o Canvass for accounts, conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
o Collaborate with the Manager to create customized vending solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
o Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure business.
o Ensure that pricing, terms, and conditions align with company policies while meeting client expectations.
o Close deals and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
Market Research & Analysis:
o Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
o Gather and analyse feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales processes.
o Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and market developments to the Sales Manager.
Sales Administration
o Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, agreement orders, work orders, invoices, etc
o Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on any pending issues related to contracts or billing.
