  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

FM Supervisor

· Managed all site staffs and ensure deliverables are met

· Ensure that all preventive maintenance are delivered in accordance to schedules

· Managed and plan all shift arrangements / deployment and cover duties as and when is required

· Conduct regular discussions with client on any improvement plans

· Identify potential ad-hoc through due diligence observations

· Escalate any direct staff disciplinary issues to FM Manager

· Point of contact for all site activities

· Main planner / approver for all site shutdowns and technical issues

· Conduct performance appraisal for all site staff

· Provide all relevant information to back up technical support team when needed

· Primary leave approver for all direct site staff

· Ensure that all site operational details and information are constantly updated

· Provide monthly report to client

· Lead a team of facility engineers in ensuring all the equipment/services in the facility are maintained in accordance to standard industry practice

· Works with the outsourced service vendors to ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations

· Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Data Centre

Scope Of Works

FM Engineer

· Perform shift work as per scheduled

· Conduct daily routine checks such as power logging etc

· Provide cover duties as and when required by immediate supervisor

· Assist direct supervisor to generate Monthly report etc

· Generate Incident Report

· Involve / Participate in maintenance shutdowns as and when required

· To understand and comply to all SOP / SEOP in all operational matters

· To escalate necessary information and details to direct supervisors in the event of a crisis or occurrence

· Provide preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical system according to schedules

· Attend breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request from client

· Record and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences as well as time and materials expended on work orders
