As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing team mate to join us.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their style and needs.

  • Provide product recommendations and customization options.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

  • Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on performance.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

  • Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

  • Contribute ideas and assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and marketing events.

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Track sales performance and customer insights to optimize strategies.

  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Passion for home furnishing, interior design, and customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
