About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Intern to support our Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving workplace culture by crafting engaging communication assets, organizing impactful employee activities, and supporting the training management activities.

1. Internal Communications

  • Assist in creating visually appealing and engaging internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, infographics, videos, and posters).
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with company branding and tone.

  • Support the distribution of internal communication campaigns across various platforms.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Plan, organize or support employee engagement activities, such as events, team-building sessions, and celebrations.

  • Gather employee feedback through surveys or focus groups to identify opportunities for enhancing workplace culture.

  • Assist in tracking participation and measuring the impact of engagement initiatives.

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities, including logistics and participant enrollment.

  • Manage training schedules, materials, and records for employee development programs.

  • Support in designing innovative L&D materials, such as e-learning modules, guides, or presentations.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity and enthusiasm for creating an inclusive and engaging work environment.
