Our HP Strategic Initiatives Team is responsible for enabling new worldwide supply chain capabilities & processes with focus in the area of Manufacturing. We partner with our Business Units and Operations Teams to define SC Strategies and then lead large scale programs to deliver the required SC processes, capabilities and solutions to achieve these goals. This ranges from major SC Transformation & Resilience programs for our existing core business, to development of processes & capabilities for new/growing business opportunities such as Circularity/Remanufacturing, Configuration Services, Subscription Services, Gaming and Hybrid System & Peripherals.

Job Req
We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager who can effectively drive these types of Strategic Initiatives/Programs
Responsibilities:
- Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from strategy to deployment
- Leads SC strategy development; investigation, business case, financial analysis, and justification
- Effectively lead/manage large, cross-functional SC project teams
- Develop and delivery new Supply Chain processes and capabilities required to achieve strategy/initiative
- Creative solution development to overcome project challenges
- On-time project deliverables
- L2/L3 executive communication; effectively inform and lead project discussions with executive management
- Consult with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new business growth opportunities.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to team members as needed.
Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function
- General knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain
- In-depth knowledge/experience in specific areas of Supply Chain
- Advanced program management and communication experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and ability to manage complex SC financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong/effective leadership skills
- Logical method of approach/thinking
- Creative solution development skill set
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Executive communication skills preferred
- Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
