Job Description:-
Programming
1. Curate, conduct, evaluate and review appropriate programmes and activities.
2. Lead and conduct Physical Activities in the following:
a. Instruct members in the performance of motion exercises, mobility training and strength conditioning exercises
b. Perform pre/post program functionality assessment
c. Ensure the safety of the participants
3. Conduct attendance recording and registration of existing and new seniors.
4. Taking of vital signs of seniors
5. Produce program materials
6. Identify and approach seniors to participate in activities at the centre
Community Care
7. Interacting with and engaging seniors to develop a supportive relationship with the seniors
8. Assist the Centre Lead to plan, conduct, evaluate and review Community Outreach to seniors
9. Conduct case work management and to apply for relevant social grants/schemes
Administration
10. Assist Centre Lead/Manager in the preparation of budgets
11. Assist Centre Lead/Manager in the preparation and monitoring of Centre KPIs/OKRs
12. Assist Centre Lead/Manager in the preparation of grant submission to sponsors
13. Assist Centre Lead to manage and support volunteers
Requirements:
1. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
2. Proficiency in G-suite is an advantage
3. Good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
