Job Description & Requirements
Assist the Director with daily communication and coordination of internal and external tasks, including drafting, summarizing, and reviewing official documents and reports.
Coordinate various arrangements and public relations work of the Director, and make work assignment in time
Prepare materials for internal and external mandates, provides administrative support for project work and ad hoc activities as necessary
Responsible for the implementation and reminder of the working documents issued by the Director
Run personal errands and assist on personal projects for the Director
Manage and review daily emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups to maintain efficient communication.
Provide general administrative support, including document processing, coordination with project team
Handle confidential and strategic information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
