  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring for our client in the Logistics industry : Customer Service Specialist

Duration : Start ASAP, full time job

Location : Greenwich Drive area (company transport provided from Serangoon and West area)

Pay : $3000 to $3700 depending on experience

Hours : 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)

Job Descriptions:

Generate sales order for order processing.
Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
Maintaining database of customer contacts.
Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
Any other duties as assigned
